Climbing the Corporate Ladder is a 2 hour climbing and team buillding program, that can be tailored to suit your company's specific needs. Teams of 4 or 5 will compete against one another in a point gathering competition. Points are awarded to individuals in the teams that either climb the most number of easy routes or are successful in climbing some of the more difficult routes. Some ideas are to also award teams points with the best cheer, best attitude, and even best costume!!

This program requires a minimum of 16, but works best with groups over 20.
