This clinic is open to women of all ages, fitness levels and climbing abilities. The course is offered in a non-competitive and fun environment in order to develop your climbing skills. The 1 hour yoga class is designed specifically for climbers which is followed by 1.5 hours of skill evaluations, technique, endurance and cross training. This course is guaranteed to improve your climbing skills and ability, bumping you up to that next climbing grade! It is also a great chance to meet other climbers and new climbing partners for the summer season.
